Refund Policy

EYAA understands that sometimes, things don’t work out as planned. We want to work with you to minimize the impact unexpected changes might have. If you’ve registered your child for a program and need to cancel that registration, please contact the sport director or a member of the EYAA board.

If a refund is requested and approved while registration is still open, EYAA will refund the full cost of your registration minus a $5 processing fee (per registration), which covers credit card, transaction, and admin fees.

If a refund is requested after registration is closed, but before the season has started, EYAA will refund 50% of your registration costs. This allows for the fact that we may have already spent time putting teams together, paying league registration fees, and ordering uniforms.

In general, no refunds will be granted after a season has already started. In extenuating circumstances, and with board approval, EYAA may provide a credit for up to 50% of the registration costs which can be used on a future registration.

If EYAA ever needs to cancel your registration for any reason (ex: not enough people to field a team for a certain program), 100% of your registration fee will be refunded.
