EYAA 2025 Meeting Schedule

EYAA Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month at Watson Academy, 17 Academy Street, Epping, NH 03042. Meetings start at 7:00 PM.

EYAA Monthly Meetings are open to all Members. Members are defined below.

The Members of the Association shall consist of any person as follows:

1. Any child currently registered in any Association activity;

2. Any person 18 years of age or older who is a parent or guardian of a child currently registered in any Association program;

3. Any adult volunteer approved by the majority consent of the Board of Directors; who has met the qualifications of the background check. 

4. Any adult volunteer approved by the majority consent of the Members present at any regular meeting or at any Special Meeting of the Members called for that purpose, provided that proper notice of said meeting shall be given.
